Conditioning through natural human movement. Daily themes guide sessions through crawling, jumping, carrying, sprinting, rotating, and flowing to build balanced athleticism, coordination, and work capacity in a way that feels demanding but instinctive.

This isn’t just a workout. It’s movement done with intent, strong, athletic, and unrestricted. We blend bodyweight training with loaded movement and mobility work so strength and range of motion are built together, not separately.

The goal is real-world strength, resilient joints, and coordination that carries over into everyday life. You’ll build endurance through movement, not machines, and learn how to generate power without sacrificing control.

Primal Play is intense, but it feels right. You’ll sweat, move, and rediscover what it’s like to feel capable in your body again. Simply put, Primal Play teaches your body to move strong, smooth, and pain-free, the way it was designed to.

Event schedule

MON: POWER

Explosive movements and plyometric training. Jump, throw, bound, and sprint to develop speed, power, and athletic control that actually carry over outside the gym.

TUE: STRENGTH

Bodyweight and natural strength training. Push, pull, lift, and carry to build real-world strength, stability, and control that shows up in everyday movement.

WED: KETTLEBELLS

Master the fundamentals of kettlebell training: swings, cleans, snatches, Turkish get-ups, and carries. Build explosive power, endurance, and bulletproof conditioning. 

THUR: ENDURANCE

Sustained movement and work capacity training. Move longer, breathe better, and build the engine that supports strength, speed, and resilience.

FRI: MOBILITY

Active mobility and movement flow. Rotate, reach, and explore range to restore joint health, improve movement quality, and keep your body moving well.

A Holistic Performance Coach and elite athlete specialist, Darius integrates training, recovery, and mindset into adaptive, high-performance systems built for serious results. His coaching prioritizes longevity, resilience, and the ability to perform under sustained physical and mental demand.
